About this policy

Website as a Service is a digital service, not a physical product, there's nothing to box up or courier. This page explains how "delivery" works for a website, and how changes are handled instead of a traditional exchange.

Delivery of your website

Once you've paid the setup fee and sent us your content (logo, business details, photos, and text), we build your site and share a preview link with you. Once you're happy with it, we point your domain at it and it goes live.

A typical build is live in days, not weeks, the main variable is how quickly we get the content we need from you, and how much back-and-forth the review stage takes.

What you receive

• A live website at your own domain, registered in your name
• Working business email addresses, plus any add-on mailboxes you've set up
• A working contact form
• Basic on-page SEO and AIO, and Google Business Profile setup, where included

You don't need to install or download anything, everything is hosted and managed for you as part of the monthly fee.

Changes & exchanges

Because each site is custom-built for your business, there's no "exchange" in the retail sense. Instead:

• Small changes (text edits, a new photo, updated hours) are handled as part of your ongoing relationship with us, talk to us about what's included for your specific package.
• Add-on swaps, adding or dropping things like booking/calendar, extra mailboxes, or content writing, can be requested any time and are billed or removed from your next invoice.
• Additional pages beyond your package's starting scope are scoped and quoted individually rather than charged at a fixed per-page rate, since needs vary a lot between businesses.

Delays

The most common reason a build takes longer than expected is waiting on content or feedback from the client. If we're waiting on you for more than a couple of weeks, we'll check in, and you're always welcome to check in with us too.
