• Project investment and scoping

Clear starting prices, properly scoped around the result you need.

Each industry Solution page presents three practical starting configurations with pricing for your selected region. Your final proposal reflects the workflow, users, integrations, data and delivery requirements of your project.

• Pricing lives with the solution

Pricing belongs beside the solution it describes.

A corporate website, customer portal and connected operations platform carry very different responsibilities. Generic development bands provide little help without that context.

Our industry pages show three progressive options based on common needs in that sector. They provide a realistic entry point for discussion while leaving room to adapt the system around your operation.

• Relevant guidance for your market

Choose the currency that fits your business.

Cybernaut Studio maintains regional price books in South African rand, United States dollars, British pounds and euros. Each price book is set deliberately for its market and remains independent of daily exchange-rate movements.

The site may suggest a region based on your location. You can change the active region and currency at any time, and your selection will be remembered.

• Scoping factors

What affects the final investment.

Number and complexity of workflows
User roles, permissions and approval rules
Existing data and migration requirements
Integrations with accounting, ERP, payment or third-party systems
Reporting, audit and compliance requirements
Interface complexity and device requirements
Hosting, availability and support expectations
Amount of uncertainty that must be resolved through discovery

The proposal documents the agreed scope, assumptions, responsibilities, milestones and commercial terms so both sides understand what the investment covers.

• How the commercial process works

Resolve uncertainty, then pay in clear stages.

Discovery and prototyping

Straightforward projects may include discovery within the main scope. More complex systems can begin with a paid discovery and prototyping phase. That phase can produce workflow maps, requirements, technical findings, interface concepts, delivery priorities and a better-supported estimate for implementation.

Payment milestones

Project payments are normally divided across an initial commitment and agreed delivery milestones. The exact structure depends on the size and shape of the engagement and is confirmed in the proposal. Recurring hosting, support or ongoing development is presented separately from the initial build so the continuing responsibilities and costs remain clear.

Ongoing costs

A custom system may require production hosting, backups, monitoring, maintenance, third-party services and continued development after launch. We identify expected recurring costs during scoping and explain which services are supplied by Cybernaut Studio and which are billed by external providers.
