The Static Starter package costs R2,500 once-off to build, plus R350 a month for hosting, your domain, and business email. There are no hidden fees. Everything needed to run the site is included in that monthly price.
Yes. When we register your domain, your business details go into the official WHOIS registrant record, not ours. That means the domain is legally yours from the moment it's registered, even though it sits under our hosting setup day to day. If Cybernaut Studio ever stopped operating for any reason, you would still be able to reclaim and move your domain, because the registrant record proves it's yours.
The build itself takes about 1 to 2 days once we have your business details and any content you want included. The overall timeline to launch depends mostly on you, since each round of feedback and revision adds time. The faster you respond to questions and review drafts, the sooner the site goes live.
Yes. Many businesses start here and move to a WordPress or WooCommerce build once they need blogging, content management, or online sales.
That depends on which option you choose. If you want submissions delivered straight to a dedicated inbox, we set up a contact@yourdomain address for it, which uses one of your business mailboxes. If you'd rather not use up a mailbox on it, the form instead opens a pre-filled email in the visitor's own email app, addressed to you, ready for them to send.
